• Use front parking lot only.
• Wait in your car until we notify you to enter the building.
• Minors with appointments must be accompanied by an adult.
• Please come alone unless you need assistance.
• We strongly encourage you to wear a mask. If you need to remove your
• mask for treatment we'll provide a storage baggie to you.
• No food or drink inside
• No Cash Payments
• If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.
